Enquiries and orders
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (for example by email or message) with the agreed products, price, date and fulfilment arrangements.
Products and images
Photography on this website is illustrative. Handmade bakes vary naturally in appearance. Product availability, flavours, sizes and designs are confirmed per order.
Prices and payment
Prices are confirmed individually. No payment is taken through this website. Payment terms are agreed when your order is confirmed.
Allergens
You must tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements before your order is confirmed. Please read our Ingredients & Allergens page.
Cancellations
Because bakes are made to order and are perishable, cancellation and refund terms are agreed when your order is confirmed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
